FAQ’s For Rentals

When do you open for rentals?

We open May 15th, 2025 for rentals.

What kind of bike do you rent?

We rent our photogenic, comfortable, and beginner friendly red Schwinn Cruiser bikes. 

When can I pick up the bike?

Bike pickup is at 13 Macsteven Drive in Picton (Prince Eddy’s Brewing Company). 

Is there parking on site?

Yes.

Do I need to be a good biker?

Our bikes are very beginner friendly, very minimal experience is required. 

What size of bikes do you rent?

Our bikes are all adult bikes size medium to large. Please contact us before booking if you require an XS or XL bike. 

Do you rent tandem bikes?

We do not have tandem bikes for rent, we find our step-through cruiser bikes are very comfortable and beginner friendly and our rental location is on the millennium trail - so most clients actually prefer to ride single bikes side by side on the path instead of tandem.

Do you rent kids bikes?

We do not rent kids bikes. 

Do you rent e-bikes?

We do not rent e-bikes, however we do offer e-bike tours. 

Can I rent a bike for multiple days?

Yes. 

Do you provide helmets?

Yes. We provide helmets for all bike rentals. 

Do you deliver bikes?

We do not deliver bikes. Our rental location is right on the Millenium Trail, the perfect start point for a day of biking.
